About Anya

I am a trauma-informed somatic coach trained in the VITA methodology. I grew up in a Ukrainian family that had no clue how to show love in healthy ways. I spent decades unraveling that conditioning through my own body. I built this course because I believe the masculine does not need to be fixed.
