By creating an account on this site, you agree to the following terms.
Your account: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials. Do not share your account or password with anyone. One account per person. If I suspect unauthorized access or sharing, I reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without refund.
Course content: All content on this site — including videos, audios, PDFs, written materials, guided meditations, and community posts by the Coach — is copyrighted and the intellectual property of Anya Zelinska. You are granted a single-user license for personal use only. You may not copy, distribute, reproduce, screen-record, upload, share, or make available any content to any third party by any means. Violation of this may result in immediate termination of your account without refund and may subject you to legal action.
Community conduct: If you have access to a community space or live calls, you agree to treat all participants and the Coach with respect. You agree to maintain confidentiality of everything shared by other participants. You agree not to offer unsolicited advice, coaching, or diagnosis to other participants. Harassment, discrimination, or disrespectful behavior of any kind will result in removal from the community and potentially from the course, without refund.
Payments and refunds: Payment terms and refund policies are specified on the sales page of each product at the time of purchase and in the course agreement where applicable. By completing a purchase, you agree to those terms.
